It was really awesome to race against my old team and see and race against a bunch of my old friends. I think running against my old school really made me nervous for the 1600. I didn't get a good time in it, 5:25, so I wasn't really happy with that so I decided to race the 8 instead of using it as a workout. I PRd in the 800 with a 2:14.98 which made me feel better because I know I can improve. I randomly decided to run the 200 (29 sec) and I did 1200m of the 32 as tempo but I was tired because it was less than two minutes after the 200. My legs feel pretty tired but I think I hit a mental barrier that I need to break.
