Personal:

I was introduced to running when I was about 8 years old and have loved it ever since. My 9th and 10th grade year of H.S. I ran for Box Elder, I transfered as a Junior to Sky View.

Five easy miles up Smithfield Canyon a ways then down to Mack Park. Overall l felt good My legs and back are sore from some unknown reason which was annoying.

It was VERY wet and rainy today on my run! I am not sure where I ran exactly but I got a few weird looks while running in the rain. Overall it wan a very easy run with a 7:34 average.

Today was just an easy 4.5 miles. I was originally planning on going on a trail run with Ethan but I wasn't able to go to his house so I just did another run by myself. I ran two miles from my house to Smithfield Canyon where I turned around and did a one mile tempo. I intended my tempo mile to be just under 6 but I guess I got excited and ran a 5:38 instead.

After state some xc guys wanted to get a new PR in the 1600 so conner offered to pace us to run sub 5. We got off to a good start conner said at the 600m mark I was on pace to run a 4:40 but naturally I slowed down a bit until the last 500 where I picked up the pace again. I came in at 4:52 which is a 17 second PR! This makes me really excited to start track this year, I feel if I train hard this winter I could definately be in the 4:30s.
