Went with Conner, Tyson, and Kyler, we did 1x800, 1x400, and 4x200. We did the 8 and the 4 on the track with about two inches of snow which made the workout really hard. I think I ran the 8 in 2:45 and I ran the 4 in 1:23 so not great but not bad in the slippery snow. We did our 2's on the road and guessed with them so about 33 sec sprinting each. 1.5 warm and cool.
