Track practice has finally started! We got an easier workout to kind of get back into the track workouts so that was pretty nice. We did 3x300s with a 30 sec break then a 400 and 200. So not too hard. I hit my 3s in 54, 58 and 56 but I thought we were doing 9 of them so I kind of slowed down a bit. I hit my 4 in 1:09 and 2 in 32 so that was good.
